In the summer of 2014, we were asked to "do something" with a rather dangerous, decrepid old garage next to a family home. The garage was an open space where neighboorhood children were inadvertently playing, and could get hurt.

The resulting entrance is more welcoming, and successfully closes in the family's property. A waist height stone wall alternated with higher posts and iron window openings gives the illusion of a less intruding structure.  The sliding iron door, welded and fitted on the spot, allows for easy access parking.
